After graduation, Mr. Haney started with the Humble Oil and Refining Company (now ExxonMobil) at Baytown, Texas. He has spent most of his career with ExxonMobil at Baytown in a number of operational and engineering roles. Since the late 1980’s, Haney’s career has been focused on risk management and operational safety, filling the roles of Safety, Health, and Environmental Manager for the Baytown Refinery and Chemical Plant. Haney has been the recruiting team captain for ExxonMobil at the University of Arkansas for 24 years.
