Mr. Harris is Director of Worldwide Drilling for Apache Corporation. Prior to joining Apache, Harris had more than 20 years experience in drilling and completions operations and management with Amoco and BP Amoco. This included world-wide experience spanning the UK, the Netherlands, Oman, and the Philippines. Harris started his career with Exxon Chemical and then moved to production research. Harris currently serves as Vice Chair of the Drilling Engineering Association Advisory Board, and is a member of the Advisory Board for the Deep Offshore Technology Conference.
