Ms. Keogh joined CH2M Hill, Inc. as Vice President for the Southeast Region’s Energy & Industrial Systems Business Group in May 2006. Keogh was formerly Deputy Director of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality having served from 1996 to 2006. Prior to her post at the Department of Environmental Quality, she was Project Manager for CH2M Hill, Inc., in Little Rock, from 1989 1996, where she had responsibilities in engineering, permitting, compliance, and policy development for corporations. From 1986 1989, she was a Staff Engineer with Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. Keogh spent the initial seven years of her professional career as a Project Engineer with Exxon Chemical Company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Keogh has served as Chairman of the Arkansas Chapters of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Air and Waste Management Associations. She also served as Treasurer of the Southwest Section of the Air and Waste Management Association and has participated in a number of national and state committees on environmental issues. Keogh was awarded the 1998 Award of Merit by the Arkansas Environmental Federation. She is certified by the Institute of Professional Environmental Practice as a Qualified Environmental Professional.
