Ms. Fredrick has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working in operations, engineering, projects, information technology and business development. Cyndie joined Exterran in 2011 as a Sr. Project Controls Manager for North America and Latin America and has since been promoted to Senior Manager of Proposals with a global emphasis. Her past experience includes fourteen years with Merichem Company working in a variety of roles including Engineering Manager, Director of Project Operations and Information Technology Director. While working for Merichem she was responsible for managing the implementation of their Oracle ERP system, developing processes and procedures for both engineering and projects, and supporting their sales efforts. Cyndie has managed interdisciplinary teams including process engineers, mechanical engineers, designers, procurement, estimating, projects, scheduling, and inspection groups as well as information technology groups and vendor relations. She also has technology expertise in proprietary sulfur removal and amine treating technologies and supported the development of new technologies and sales for those technologies. Prior to Merichem, Cyndie worked for five years at Conoco, supporting engineering, plant operations and the design, startup and operations of the Lube Oil Hydrocracker installed in the Lake Charles, LA refinery. With Conoco, she worked for five years in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Houston supporting engineering, plant operations and the design, startup and operations of the Lube Oil Hydrocracker installed in the Lake Charles, LA refinery.Ms. Fredrick also serves as a Girl Scout troop leader and volunteers regularly at her local church.
