Mr. Leger is vice president of utility operations for OG&E Electric Services, a subsidiary company of OGE Energy Corp., which operates in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and has served as vice president of operations for OG&E’s natural gas pipeline company. Leger received his MSChE in 1983 while working for Dr. Robert E. “Buddy” Babcock in the area of microbial enhanced oil recovery. Following graduation, Leger joined DuPont/Conoco’s worldwide refining operations supporting advanced technology development in the areas of hydrogen membrane separation and carbon fiber processes. He also served with Sun Refining and Marketing prior to joining OGE in 1993. Leger currently serves as a vice president of the Gas Processors Association, is a current member of the Natural Gas Association of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma Marginal Well Commission Advisory Council. Outside of industry, Leger works with WINGS, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of adults with functional disabilities.
