M. Joe Williams

Joe began his career at Lion Oil Company’s El Dorado Refinery after graduation until 1998 in the following capacities: Process Engineer; Manager of Economics & Planning (developed linear program of the El Dorado; Refinery for economics and planning purposes); Plant Manager; and Vice President, Refining. Though he retired in 1998, Joe continued to serve on Lion Oil’s Board of Directors until 2011. Joe was appointed to Lion Oil’s Audit Committee, and he currently serves as an Elder of Marrable Hill Chapel and as Board Member and Facilities Director of Victory Bible Camp. After graduation in 1966, Joe began his career at Monsanto’s Lion Oil El Dorado Refinery. During this time, he held the positions of Process Engineer, Manager of Economics & Planning, where he developed the linear program of the El Dorado Refinery for economics and planning purposes, Plant Manager and Vice President of Refining & Pipeline. Though he retired in 1998, Joe continued to serve on Lion Oil’s Board of Directors until 2011 and was appointed to Lion Oil’s Audit Committee during this period. Joe currently serves as Board Member and Facilities Director of Victory Bible Camp.
