In his 27 years with Dow Chemical, Mr. Mourot had many Operations and Supply Chain management assignments, including extensive experience in process automation and automatic identification technology. In addition to receiving awards from Dow for Outstanding Plant for Safety/Environment/Loss Prevention and Dow President’s QP Award, Mourot’s proven leadership also resulted in receiving awards from other corporations, including Ford, Whirlpool, and GM. Mourot has enjoyed a long-time role as the Dow College Relations leader for Arkansas. During his tenure, 85 University of Arkansas graduates joined Dow, most of whom were chemical engineers. Retired from Dow, Mourot is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain Services for the Sinclair Group, a senior management consultant group based in Woodlands, Texas. The Sinclair Group provides operational excellence consulting; strategic planning; and due diligence services for the process and chemical industries. Their clients include large and middle market operating companies, and private equity investors.
