Robert Eric Williams

Mr. Williams began working in 1984 for Ethyl Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA in the process design group. Following the design and start-up of Ethyl’s polysilicon plant in Pasadena, TX, in 1988, he moved to Ethyl’s Magnolia, AR facility, working in the R&D group. He has served in various roles and responsibilities in support of the bromine and bromine derivatives produced in Magnolia for Ethyl, and its successor, Albemarle Corporation, including technology and operations management, quality improvement and technical support of sales. He is currently the process technology director for Albemarle’s Magnolia facilities.
