Mr. Cousins began his career with Tosco Corporation, which he joined upon his graduation in 1978. During his time with Tosco, he held the positions of Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer. In 1985, he began working for Lion Oil Company and held the positions of Refinery Manager, Process Engineering Manager, and Senior Process Engineer. He became Vice President of Refining for Lion Oil in 1998. He has 28 years of engineering and management experience in the refining and pipeline industries. Cousins also serves as Vice President of Operations for Magnolia Pipeline Company, El Dorado Pipeline Company, and Paline Pipeline Company. In addition, he serves on the boards of directors for Lion Oil Trading and Transportation, El Dorado Pipeline Company, and Paline Pipeline Company. Cousins is currently Chairman of the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association Manufacturing Committee and serves on the NPRA Issues Committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arkansas.
