Following graduation, Bill accepted a process engineering position at Koch Industries Corpus Christi refinery. Over the years, he has held various positions in engineering, economics and planning, commercial development, and operations leadership. Bill is currently plant manager at Flint Hills Resources Longview Texas facility, a Koch Industries subsidiary.

Bill and his wife Tracy (BSE 1992) have two children, Carter and Emma. The family enjoys attending Razorback athletic events and spending time at their Ozark Mountain cabin.
